Working together, we promote the well-being of students in school, community and home; bring into closer relation the school and the home, that parents/guardians and teachers/staff may cooperate effectively for El Cerrito High School Students; and develop between educators and the community united efforts to benefit mental, physical, and social education.

El Cerrito High School is a supportive academic community dedicated to helping all students develop pride, perseverance, and purpose. •  Run programs that support our teachers and school staff, such as the Teacher’s Wish List;

• Enhance communication between school administration and parents through formal and informal meetings such as “Coffees with the Principal";

• Provide education programs of interest to parents and students;

• Recruit volunteers to support school hospitality and foster a sense of community;

• Inform parents about local and state legislative issues that may impact ECHS;

• Represent the school at WCCUSD meetings;
