We always welcome volunteers! Some volunteer roles are outlined below, but there are many additional ways (big and small) to contribute your time and talents. We invite you to email us @ info@elcerritohighptsa.org and we’ll reach out to you to discuss ideas or when we have urgent needs.
On-campus volunteers must complete the Live Scan and fingerprinting process in accordance with District procedures. Parents/guardians and community members who already have a District badge do not need to get a new one.
Logging your volunteer hours? Our PTSA is eligible for volunteer grants through corporate platforms like Benevity. Your time helping with teacher luncheons, the prom closet, or any other PTSA activity could earn the school extra funding!
Many of our volunteers–including our board–are parents who are employed full-time. We are understanding of the need for work/life/volunteer balance and are committed to helping volunteers identify fulfilling opportunities to contribute in the time they have available to offer our school community.

Manage and distribute an inventory of formal wear that is made available to students attending ECHS Prom. Work with student committees and parent volunteers to make prom more accessible and promote a circular economy of reuse and sharing.

Other Boards
Other Boards
We work closely with other ECHS community organizations. Consider the Student Activities Fund (SAF), Investing in Academic Excellence (IAE) or one of the other ECHS community groups.
